Broadview, the 1906 22-room home of Bird and Margaret Van Leer, is available for rent for small, intimate to medium sized luncheons in our lower level or dining room. The dining room table can comfortably seat up to 14 guests; or allow us to set up longer narrow tables for more guests. The lower level can accommodate more guests, up to 40. Cater in your meal and use our kitchens on both floors for staging. Your guests will enjoy the beauty of our historic home.
